As we have already discussed in our previous course that dementia affects the mental health of the patient. One of the most common problems in dementia is loss of balance. Thus, when your client loses their balance, then it increases the chances of falling during walking. Therefore, if you take all the essential steps to ensure your client’s safety and reduce the chances of fall, similarly, the dementia patient may suffer from memory loss. In this case, the patient may feel uncomfortable and try to move in a hurry and fall.
