Common triggers:
– Physical exertion
– Emotional stress
– Heavy meals
– Cold weather

Types of angina:
– Stable angina
– predictable, occurs with activity, relieved by rest or nitroglycerin
– Unstable angina – unpredictable, occurs at rest, not fully relieved by nitroglycerin, medical emergency
Key symptoms:
– Chest tightness, heaviness, or squeezing pain
– May radiate to arm, neck, jaw, or back
– Shortness of breath, sweating, nausea
